I have been bringing my now antique 1991 Volvo 240 4 Door Sedan to J&F since 1995 and my 1993 BMW 325i. I trust Charlie, Greg and the Team to take great care of my special automobiles! It’s great to have a shop you can trust with the most prized cars in your collection or your daily commuter. You always interact with the same people- Charlie and Greg. Along with their technicians, they know the cars they service as well as anyone and better than you could find at the dealer these days. A clean shop and a packed parking lot gives a good indication that you’ve found the right place.

Dropped wife's 2015 X3 with 19,000 miles off at our local BMW dealer for an oil change. They advised we needed two new Goodyear run flat tires, front & rear alignment and the replacement of the transfer case for a total of $7,000. Greg at J&F saw it a little differently. He replaced a seal on the transfer case and, at my request, mounted and balanced four new Bridgestone run flat tires and performed a front and rear alignment for.....get this....$2,502.48. Where do you think we'll go the next time this car needs servicing?

J&F Motors are exceptional! Charlie, the service manager is informative, knowledgeable and above all honest, a rare characteristics that are rare in the automotive service industry. I own an X-Drive 650i with an M-Sport package. In the past I received bad ( an expensive) advice about issues I experienced with my automobile. J&F Motors addressed these issues within a reasonable price range. I am more than satisfied with the quality of their work and I am planning to return for major brake/rotor replacements! J&F Motors will always be at the top of my list for repairs and maintenance for my BMW.
