J&F motors is one of those repair shops that actually cares about getting it right. They work on both our Volvo and VW, and are great about getting to the root cause of any problems and fixing them. In the one time they didn't, they repaired the problem for free. We never take our cars anywhere else.

I have brought my here for regular service, and for a tire issue and both times were great! They worked with me to determine the most important things to do to stay within my budget. My tire had a nail in it and a tire store told me it could not be patched - but J&F said they would try their best to patch it if they could. I appreciated the effort to help me, which isn't my normal experience with car repairs. I will continue to go here for any of my cars needs!

Charlie was extremely nice and spoke on the phone with me several times about options for my car before I even brought it in to make sure I wasn’t spending any unnecessary money. They care about their customers - I 10/10 recommend this company!

I would not take my car anywhere but here. The diagnoses of problems is consistently accurate, the estimates are reliable, and the work is performed in a timely and quality manner. I couldn't give J&F a higher recommendation. And I have gone to them for many years and multiple cars.

Charlie is a joy to work with. They evaluated my Porsche that I had just purchased used. Came up with a plan of regular maintenance since the maintenance history was unknown.
