Saw there reviews and thought they were a fair and genuine shop. Scammers, Called them and asked for a price to change a pin in my actuator. They said they don’t replace the pin. They have to replace the whole actuator. Ok. Then is gives me 3 hours of labor for a job that requires literally 10 minutes and triples the price of the part. Total price he gave me over $700 for a job less than $50-100. Please be careful when getting estimates for them. They seem very deceitful and would definitely try to cheat you out of your hard earner money. 🚨🚨🚨
HI Lakhvir, thanks for taking the time to review your phone conversation with me (Charlie). I wanted to take a minute to reply to this review. In short it is inaccurate at best. Lakhvir called for an estimate to replace the fixing bow on his exhaust valve actuator. That is not a service we offer as we have found it is not a long lasting repair. As a shop that prides itself on the quality of our work we are not willing to take shortcuts, or perform the "easy" but not correct long term fix. I (Charlie) qouted Lakhvir for a exhaust flap actuator replacement. That job is 2 hours labor with $170 in parts cost. Total for that is $530 (including tax/shop supplies would be under $600—which is the number I quoted, not $700 as Lakhvir states). At the end of the day we are happy to not have Mr. Singh as a client as we do not feel that he would value the quality, upfront repairs that we strive to provide.
