I can't say enough good things about J & F Motors. I became a customer in 2011 when the warranty on my 2004 BMW 545i ran out. I felt that I couldn't get good answers from BMW dealerships and every time I went in, I didn't feel comfortable with their answers and what I was paying for. From day one, J & F has exceeded my expectations with their level of customer service, taking the time to explain to me what has gone wrong, what needs to be repaired asap and what can wait. I am a fanatic when it comes to my car and they understand that. They are what an automotive repair shop should strive to model themselves after.

I have a 14 Year old BMW Z3 - J&F keeps her running like new. These guys really care about quality customer service and I trust their advice on all service recommendations. A far better experience than going to the BMW Dealer.

J&F Motors is top notch. I started taking my Mini here in January and I've been incredibly impressed with everything about the company. The prices are better than taking it to the dealership (which I used to do), and the service is a cut above. I am so glad I found this place and will continue to bring my car here.

My go to indie shop for my BMW, J&F has always taken care of my car, have been flexible with drop off and pickup, and have always been pleasant. On top of that, their prices are generally reasonable, and they've been honest and up front about minor maintenance that's within do-it-yourself range, giving me the information I needed instead of pushing me to let them handle the work.

After having a terrible experience at the dealership, I brought my Mini to Greg at J&F . He was great! They got to my car quickly, bought the part, and had it fixed within 2 days of me dropping it off. Greg explained the issue to me clearly and didn't try to tack on unnecessary work. Great to work with!

I had a great experience. These guys looked through a myriad of problems to find the root cause, saving me a ton of time and money compared to other mechanics I had seen just previously. They have great customer service too. The car appeared to be fixed but ended up acting up again so they refunded me what I paid for parts and discounted me on hours worked, they even washed my car for free! - And yes the car was fixed and running great the 2nd time around. Also these guys are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions and helped me understand key things about the BMW brand and my model in particular. I highly recommend them.

I have been taking my BMWs to J & F motors for several years now, first when my e46 325i came off warranty, and it was in good hands until it reached the end of its mechanical life. Now I have an e39 540i M-tech ,and are great about helping me understand the car and its capabilities. J & F Motors are great about explaining what is wrong with your vehicle, helpful to the owner on becoming more knowledgeable about the car, and Mike, Greg, Blake, Skyler and all the other techs/managers always provide first-rate customer service.
