I always receive excellent customer service from J&F and especially Greg. Even if i don't understand it all, they thoroughly explain necessary repairs and present options for getting the work done. They also are in contact throughout the day to keep you aware of status.
Exceptional service. Honest and transparent. Saved me over $2600 in unnecessary repairs that several shops were suggesting I take on. Only regret was that I hadn't found them sooner. Highly recommend.
