I’ve been taking my BMWs to J&F for several years starting with my first—a 2002 325i. I kept her for 15 years and J&F helped her stay in great condition. I have utilized this business on multiple occasions for maintenance and repair of my BMW x 6 and highly recommend their services. Their customer service is exceptional and their prices are reasonable. Recently, my replacement tires did not come in until late in the day. Unfortunately no rental cars were available and I need a vehicle for urgent medical appointments the next day. One of their technicians volunteered to stay over and install my tires so I could have the use of my car the next day. They truly demonstrate care and consideration for their customers. I can’t recommend them enough!!
