When I took my Audi to J&F earlier for a general maintenance check-up and oil change after a year of very little driving during the pandemic I was eased with their honest plain talk assessment of my car. They inform me that my brake pads were all right but that they would probably need replacing when I brought my car in for it's next routine service or prior to that if I noticed any problem. I did start to hear some squeaking and since we are now planning a road trip of more than 1000 miles next month I mad an appointment and took my car in. They are the nicest, friendliest folks. They remembered me, pulled up the record, I left the car and did the needed work and for exactly the estimate they had given me a few months ago. They also checked the tires which to not need replacing yet. I have the utmost confidence in Greg and Mike and their team at J & F. They are honest, they don't try to “upsell” you like dealership shops and they tell it like it is. They provide first class service at affordable prices.
