J & F are probably the most competent and honest business I've ever encountered. From the moment I found them several years ago to recently, I've received excellent and honest service. In addition, everyone is a pleasure to deal with. They're also coompassionate and really demonstrate that they care about their customers. Twice they assisted me in emergencies and they were honest when they believed they might have made a mistake, told me about it and repaired it. Frankly, I would have had no ability to know if they'd made a mistake and I have no doubt, had it been serviced by another business who'd done the same, I wouldn't have been told about it nor would it have been repaired. I'm grateful I'm a customer, they treat you like valued family members. Don't hesitate to have your car repaired at J & F, you won't regret it. Fair pricing. No up selling. Straight shooters. Been working on my ‘97 Porsche Boxster. Lots of issues lately. They gave me options including do nothing but wait and see, which so far looks like the right option. I absolutely endorse this shop.
