I’ve been taking my M3 here for 16 years. The team at J&F are great! They’re fair on price and go the extra mile to locate hard to find parts. Communication is clear and turn around time is fast. Ive never had to return to fix the same problem twice and appreciate the integrity of everyone there, never trying to sell parts, services, or repairs that aren’t necessary.

These folks are truly wonderful. They completed all of the required maintenance on my 2022 BMW X5 after it was no longer covered by the BMW service program. I had initially taken the vehicle to BMW of Alexandria, where I felt I was being oversold unnecessary services and quoted prices that seemed excessive—and that concern turned out to be well-founded. This team completed a minor repair on my left mirror for $190, compared to a quote of over $1,000 from the dealership. Their work was honest, efficient, and fairly priced. If you’re looking to save money without sacrificing quality or peace of mind, I highly recommend this company.
