Great experience with J&F having my 40 k service on my Volvo XC40. That’s the big one with all the filters etc replaced …had my tires replaced at the same time at J&F …they have alway been great to work with . And treat people better than Byer volvo

They went above and beyond for me. I had a check engine light come on, and it was hard to figure out which switch was causing the issue. After they did the first repair, the light still came back on. They took it back twice more at no extra charge until they finally got to the root of the problem. Charley and his team are dedicated pros at what they do.

Fast and friendly service. Work was performed and vehicle was ready earlier than originally promised. Work appears to be first rate with no issues and pricing seems to be fair.....and I believe cheaper than a dealer. Only wish their complimentary/as needed shuttle to the Pentagon was available earlier, and they stayed open till 6pm vice 5pm.
