I've been here many times (I have an older car). They are always willing to work with me to solve the problem unlike the dealership who has sent me away saying there's nothing wrong. I have never felt brushed off or like I was just another customer for their schedule. The staff here are wonderful. One great example I can provide...it may seem minor but it meant a lot to me... is that they were willing to ride along with me to listen to the sound I was hearing in order to fix the problem. They are very friendly and professional and are reasonably priced. I will longer be taking my car to the dealership. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

Fit me in with a couple days notice before an important road trip. Labor and parts seemed fair. Management communicated clearly and was very courteous.

Great experience with J&F having my 40 k service on my Volvo XC40. That’s the big one with all the filters etc replaced …had my tires replaced at the same time at J&F …they have alway been great to work with . And treat people better than Byer volvo

They went above and beyond for me. I had a check engine light come on, and it was hard to figure out which switch was causing the issue. After they did the first repair, the light still came back on. They took it back twice more at no extra charge until they finally got to the root of the problem. Charley and his team are dedicated pros at what they do.
