Going to J & F Motors was a bit of searching around in DMV area and looking for a BMW specialized auto shop. I have previously been using the dealership for repairs, but I will not be going back. J & F Motors has a customer for life. Charlie and Greg were amazing to work with. I was getting intermittent transmission malfunctions and Greg et al figured out that there were issues with the turbo and was fair on the pricing of parts and labor.
