They obviously have good relationships with customers. They do not over-sell products and services. They are honest about what should or could be done and what should not be done. No, they are not cheap but you get a quality product/service for the money and they are far better than a dealership. Excellent customer service. My car was promptly inspected, with a prioritised list of repairs soon following. They were comfortable with me only performing some of the work due to my budget and understood where I was coming from.

Always good at J&F. They are as fast as possible, helpful and proactive and always friendly and professional. If there's a free service warranty at the dealer's rather than at J&F, they tell you about it up front. Besides, there's Reagan - what more can one ask?
