As always Charlie and J&F motors have demonstrated both their competence as well as trustworthiness in dealing with our car. They went out of their way to minimize the initial cost of a major repair and gave superb advice and guidance on getting things squared away. They could have taken us for thousands of dollars and instead have gained a customer for life. I wholeheartedly endorse this business and feel that a team like this should be rewarded with lots more business.

I got an appointment to do the spring special and the state inspection. From drop off to pick up everything was fantastic. They didn’t try to overcharge me or suggest other extra maintenance just to make more money. I will definitely be coming here instead of the dealership.

Had work done on crankshaft and headers. Work was quickly done in a professional manner with no issues post work. A very professional and knowledgeable group that knows everything about BMWs. Easy to talk to and they make great recommendations.
