I recently relocated back to the area and had been looking for a repair shop for my Volvo. I knew better than to go to the dealerships in the area. I learned that lesson a long time ago. I searched around and came across J & F. I called and spoke with Charlie and he gave me solid information and very straightforward responses to my questions. I have now taken my car in twice for J & F to do work on it. Both times I had clear communication, explanations, and consideration of my time and my wallet. I value this approach in business and it speaks well to my continuing to be a customer of theirs.

Great shop, great work, honest team! Brought in my 2016 BMW due to an vibration under braking. These guys diagnosed the problem accurately (worn rotor), ordered the hard-to-get parts from Germany, and repaired my car -- no issues since! Highly recommend this shop.
