I have used J&F for decades. This work was on my son's BMW which had been out of town for the last 5 years and had not really received service from a quality shop. The transmission needed to be replaced and they also undid several "fixes" performed by the other shops which, while removing the symptom had not fixed the problem

We have been going for years and never had a problem. Unlike the dealership close by for our make of car, they are honest, fix our car and never had an issue of having to bring it back because they know how to fix it the first time around and you never have to keep going back for the same problem.

Service coordinator explained work to be done and it was completed as promised. Worked out a service plan and I will be back

Had a few bolts that were loose. Made an appointment, dropped it off, and picked it up the next day. No hassle. Maintenance prevented serious damage. Good work and no popping or rattling sounds anymore. Best in town.

As always, the folks at J&F were superb at every facet - quality and quickness of work, accommodations, and price. I will never take my car to anyone else.

Amazing experience on a VW repair! Last month 3 things happened in short order: our windshield cracked, we found out the hood release was broken, and the check oil light came on. Stressful! Got a great recommendation from my Buy Nothing group for JF Motors and wow did they deliver. I called and initially they said it might be a week+ for me to get in, but then said swing by and we will see if we can at least get the hood open and put some oil in for peace of mind. Confirmed it was broken after trying for a solid 15-20mins but then said they would squeeze me into the schedule. I got a ride to Enterprise and they gave me a discount code for my rental car. They kept me updated on everything and they offer a 10% discount to new clients. I had my car back within 4 days and couldn't be happier with the customer service or the repair service. As a female customer with admittedly very little car knowledge, I've had some really bad treatment from car dealerships and mechanic shops over the years, but J&F is my go-to option now.
