I took my 2014 BMW X5 to this place on a referral from a friend. I am a single women in the military with very little knowledge about auto repair. My check engine light was on. They told me the problem with my car would cost me $5k. They kept my car for almost two weeks, charged my over $5k. I picked up my car less than a week later the check engine light came back on. These people had the nerve to tell me it was going to be additional cost because they had to look further into the problem. Who in their right mind would continue to allow themselves to ripped off like this place ripped me off. I ended up having to trade the car for another car. I found out not too long afterwards that the same problem they told me was wrong with my car is the same thing they told another woman was wrong with her BMW. Different model and year .. what are the chances. She got ripped off too. This place should be reported for their practices. I don’t know who’s giving them 4 and 5 stars. They are a scammers that up charge and take advantage of women. I’m posting everywhere I can for women to beware
Hello delta2ude. As of now, based on the information we have we believe that this is a fraudulent review, or a review that was submitted to the wrong shop. We have looked through our history and cannot seem to find a 2014 BMW X5 that we performed over 5k worth of repairs on recently. Have also spoken to all employees of the shop to see if we remember a car that had that extensive an amount of repairs, took that long, and then came back shortly after with the same issue. We are a small shop and strongly feel we would remember a situation like that. We would love for you to reach out to us so that we can attempt to make this right, or at the very least figure out what went wrong (if anything). As stated above- based on the information presented in this review, and our records we do not feel this review is accurate.
