J&F are the top BMW/Mini service providers - hands down. I have an older Mini and they have been outstanding!

My car was nearly due for a 60,000 mile check/service when I needed to take a long (1,000+ miles) trip for a family emergency. J&F checked the car, did the necessary maintenance, and said it would be fine for the trip. I didn't have time to take the car on a highway until we were on our way west on I-66, so I hoped they were right. They were. The car performed flawlessly and got good gas mileage too. Both Greg and Charlie were excellent and responsive to all my questions. For example they said the car needs new tires, but that it could wait until after the trip, and gave me options for getting new RF tires. Their invoice was very reasonable and I had total confidence in what they said. I'm delighted to have found J&F Motors and will return there whenever my car needs services they can provide. The people at J&F Motors, LTD are wonderful. I needed new tires, so I contacted J&F Motors to find out when I had last purchased tires (which turned out to be some years ago). The particular model that was on my car was no longer available, but they found a comparable model of the same brand. I was happy to learn that I could get the same brand and that the cost was VERY reasonable compared to other brands suggested by one of the area BMW dealerships. I have been a customer for more than 12 years and would definitely recommend J&F Motors to any BMW owner for quality work.

I didn't get off to a good start with the owner. I repaired my wife's car in the parking lot early in the morning. ( got it running but )They came highly recommended and since I'm not on the level as these guys, I begged forgiveness. We need high level knowledge for a mini Cooper. Most places can't find the battery. The dealer isn't great. J&F is expensive. I feel I can trust them. Best place for car guys I've found. You get what you pay for.

I was able to get 30k service without a hitch. I just moved to the area 7 months ago and I had a wonderful mechanic in L.A. I wanted to find find non dealer service that I like here, and I believe I’ve found it.
